Class Credit and Refund Policies
Adult, Teen and Kids Classes
Credits for future classes are offered in place of refunds. If you are unable to attend a class, you must inform the coordinator at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for credit. Class credits must be redeemed directly with the school coordinator, by phone or in person, within four months of class date.
We do not offer credit for 'no shows’ and do not host 'make-up classes' for missed classes.
Little Palates
We are unable to offer refunds or credits for these classes.
General Requirements and Policies
- All party and class bookings must be paid in full in order to secure your reservation. No exceptions can be made.
- Applicable taxes will be added to all corporate and private classes.
- Final numbers must be confirmed at least one week in advance of function. Following this confirmation, participant numbers may be further
increased but not decreased.
- Note that party packages are for 8 guests. Price does not decrease with less guests, but there is a fee for each guest over and above the 8 included in the package.
- Once guest list is confirmed, charges will stand for the number of guests listed. This is regardless of no-shows.
- All guests (or their parent or appointed guardian on their behalf) will be required to sign a waiver prior to being able to participate in any of the activities at Palates Culinary Kitchen and Learning Center.
- Guests are permitted to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to their scheduled function time. Loitering is not permitted.
- Children under the age of 5 require parental supervision and possibly assistance.
- Given our schedule, guests are required to vacate the premises promptly
following the completion of their function. Loitering is not permitted.
- Palates Culinary Kitchen and Learning Center and its staff hold no liability for injuries sustained while guests are participating in scheduled activities or are on the premises of Palates Culinary Kitchen and Learning Center.
